However, BibbaLondon is not liable for minor variations. This does not exclude liability for mistakes caused by negligence and applies only to variations of the correct goods, not the delivery of incorrect items.

4. Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
The website will guide you through the ordering process, with opportunities to review and amend your order before submission. Orders are placed by clicking the Submit button at the end of the checkout process.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgement detailing the order and its value. Payment will be debited from your credit/debit card or PayPal account. This email is not an order acceptance.
Order acceptance and the formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the goods, unless we notify you otherwise or you cancel the order in accordance with the cancellation policy.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to issues such as stock shortages, payment authorisation failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, we will contact you via email.
5. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and credit or debit cards. By paying, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you.
All payment cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses or fails to authorise payment, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
6. Title to Goods
Legal ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. If a refund is issued, ownership reverts to BibbaLondon.
7. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
8. Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. Delivery timescales are approximate, and orders may arrive in multiple shipments. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine applicable costs prior to purchase.
9. Acceptance of Goods
You must inspect the goods upon receipt. Acceptance is deemed unless goods are returned in accordance with the Returns Policy within 14 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If any part of your order is missing, please contact us with your order reference number.

11. Returns
BibbaLondon aims to provide high-quality, fault-free products. If items arrive damaged, incorrect or require replacement or repair, you may return them within 14 days. Returns are subject to the following terms:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item received is damaged or does not match your order, BibbaLondon will cover the return shipping cost for repairs, replacements (if available), or refunds, upon prior agreement.
General Returns: For all other returns, such as change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Terms:
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all documentation.
Used items will not be refunded and must be collected at your expense.
Made-to-Order Items: BibbaLondon reserves the right to reject returns of custom items.
12. Care and Maintenance
Jewellery Longevity: Gemstones and precious metals wear over time. High-polish finishes may dull, while matte finishes may become polished with wear. We offer refinishing services at a minimal cost.
Sterling Silver: Tarnishing is natural but can be accelerated by exposure to certain chemicals. Avoid contact with cosmetics, household chemicals, rubber, and chlorinated water. Polishing clothes or toothpaste can restore shine.
Gold Care: 18ct gold is more durable and resistant to tarnishing than 9ct gold. Use polishing cloths or toothpaste to maintain its finish.
Storage: Store jewellery separately to avoid scratching. Use soft pouches or bags for protection.
